In Person Class Descriptions
Mind, Body, Soul Yoga
My Mind, Body Soul classes are intended to calm the mind, nourish the body and soothe the soul. Each week the class will involve some combination of: somatic practices that settle and soothe the nervous system, gentle vinyasa flow yoga, restorative yoga, calming pranayama (breathing practices) and/or guided meditations or relaxation practices. Lots of options and invitations for free movement are provided throughout the class to enable you to practice in a way that suits your body and your needs on each given day.
The class will gently bring you into your body and will leave you feeling grounded, relaxed and nourished. It’s a great way to wind down at the end of the day.

These classes currently take place at Shakti Den, Whitstable, Thursdays, 7pm.
