Awaken: Morning Yoga
Begin your day with a practice designed to softly awaken the body, calm the mind, and set the tone for the day ahead.
This nourishing morning class combines yoga flow, mindful somatic movement, and breathwork to wake up the body and mind and create a sense of ease and clarity from within. Moving with awareness, you’ll be guided to connect with your breath, body and inner needs, extending loving kindness to your entire being.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners, this is a calm and supportive space to move, breathe, and ease into your morning with intention. ☀️

(Re)Connect Yoga & Somatics
A gentle, trauma and nervous system-informed yoga and somatics class designed to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and embodied connection. Through mindful movement, breath, rest, and guided somatic practices, you’ll be invited to slow down, tune into your body’s signals, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
This is a space to explore what safety, ease, and connection feel like in your body — without pressure or expectation. Practices are offered with choice, curiosity, and compassion, supporting you to build a deeper relationship with your breath, your body, and your needs.
Suitable for all bodies and experience levels. No flexibility required — just a willingness to meet yourself where you are.

Restore
Unwind at the end of the day with a deeply soothing class designed to calm the nervous system and release tension from both body and mind.
This gentle evening practice weaves together soft yoga flow, mindful somatic movement, and restorative yoga to help you slow down, reconnect, and rest deeply. Expect nourishing movement, breath awareness, supported poses, and space to simply be.
Perfect for all levels, including beginners, this class offers a peaceful sanctuary to unwind and restore after a busy day.
Leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and ready for a restful night’s sleep. 🌙
These classes are held at The Little Green Bookshop, Thursdays, 6pm (75 minute class)
Gentle Flow
Taking a slow and gentle approach to vinyasa (flowing) yoga, these classes comprise carefully crafted sequences of poses and encourage mindfulness and relaxation. Props, such as blocks, blankets, belts and bolsters may be used to allow students to find comfort in poses. Elements of Restorative Yoga may also be woven into these classes. They are suitable for everyone, including beginners.
These classes are currently available at Whitstable Yoga & Wellbeing Centre or via my On Demand Class Library.
